My name is Shannon Lamb, and I’m the Senior Director of Product Design for Etsy’s Growth organization, based outside of Boston. Previously, I led the Discovery eCommerce experience at Walmart, which included Social Commerce and Generative AI Search. As a design leader, I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive by fostering a culture of collaboration, reflection, growth, and innovation.
